I ordered from Rockler Woodworking online, 4 Jorgensen Hand Screw
Clamps. They were on sale1/2 off! I received confirmation of my order
immediately via email. Yesterday I decided to call and see if they had
shipped and the customer service guy says that it looks like they are on
back order but would be getting some today and my order should ship today (Friday). So today the same customer service guy calls and leaves a message saying
sorry for the inconvience, we are no longer carrying those and don't expect
anymore in. Call if you have any questions. Their excuse was the web site
was not showing accurate availability info. Link to item:

or 2. Should I call them back and demand they follow through since I had
confirmation on my order (twice, verbally and via email)

I received a Rockler flier in the mail today and the clamps are listed in the
flyer as well. Their web site shows that the 8" and 12" are still in stock.
See if you can get them to substitute the 12".
