Not sure what you mean by "quality", all the plans for that type of swing I have seen are just about the same. There is at least one plan on the net, if you want to look for it. I am not going to. I would recommend you start in your local library, the single best source of pland (and free) in this and the next two galaxies. If that won't do it, I would recommend a good used bookstore or two, check the Lowes or similar (they have books with probably a plan or two), a new bookstore, search the net.
